Wine has a habit of making perfectly confident people doubt themselves. An unfamiliar grape appears on a list, somebody mentions wet stone, and suddenly it feels as though there is a correct answer everyone else knows.
We do not think there is. We create relaxed Cotswolds tastings that make it easier to try something new, ask the obvious question and trust your own taste. We share the stories and useful bits without turning the evening into a lecture. If you like what is in your glass, it is a good wine.

Seasonal tastings
Six wines. One good reason.
October Reds. Summer Whites. Christmas Classics. Each follows a mood rather than a rulebook.
Private groups
An excuse to get everyone together.
Birthdays, dinner parties and long-overdue evenings with friends.
Corporate experiences
Better than another team-building exercise.
Interesting wines, easy conversation and zero awkwardness.
Coming up
Upcoming tastings.
A mix of familiar favourites and unexpected discoveries, each tasting is built around a theme, a season and six wines worth talking about.
The journal
Notes from the cellar.
Observations, recommendations and the occasional excuse to open something special. Our seasonal wine writing has also appeared in FQ Magazine.
“The best bottle is not the one you are told to admire. It is the one you are delighted to discover.”
